At PRECI-DIP, giving employees a birthday gift is a long-standing tradition. In 2025, PRECI-DIP decided to give this tradition a new dimension by supporting a cause close to our hearts.
Supporting Inclusion Through Thoughtful Giving
From now on, the gift given to employees will be a creation by the Fondation Les Perce-Neige. This association supports nearly 1,000 children and adults with intellectual disabilities, multiple disabilities, or autism spectrum disorders in the canton of Neuchâtel on a daily basis. It also provides specialized care for people with severe brain injuries.
As a private, non-profit organization recognized as being of public utility, the Foundation is committed to valuing and empowering people with disabilities throughout their lives, in accordance with the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). The Fondation Les Perce-Neige is constantly evolving to meet the specific needs of its beneficiaries. By choosing to collaborate with them, we aim to contribute to their exceptional mission and make each birthday an opportunity to help those in need. This gesture reflects our commitment to a more inclusive and supportive society.
