PRECI-DIP has extensive experience in designing Low-Profile Landing Pads for wearable glucose monitoring devices. Given the limited vertical space in these charging stations, PRECI-DIP developed a custom THT terminal with a height of only .035” (0.91 mm) above the board.
To manufacture these brass pads, PRECI-DIP combines high-precision machining, which ensures tight tolerances in terms of roughness and coplanarity, with high-quality in-house gold plating.
