Dare to Try All Professions Day 2024!

RECI-DIP had the pleasure of welcoming 11 seventh-grade students to accompany their parents for an entire day and discover our various workshops 😊. The students had the opportunity to see firsthand the diverse range of activities and skills that our team engages in daily. From technical tasks in our production facilities to administrative duties in our offices, the students were given a comprehensive overview of our operations.

Organized by the Bureau of Equality between Women and Men of the Republic and Canton of Jura, this initiative aims to broaden professional perspectives and break gender stereotypes. By exposing young students to a variety of career paths, we hope to inspire them to consider professions they might not have previously thought about. This day allowed our young visitors to explore the technical and administrative professions of our employees, providing them with valuable insights into the working world.

We are delighted to inspire the younger generation in exciting and essential professions that contribute to the development of the industrial economic fabric of our region! By participating in such initiatives, we believe we are playing a crucial role in shaping the future workforce and encouraging a more inclusive and diverse professional environment.
